I switched after 25 yrs with NYCM because Progressive saved me over 50% on a new policy and the rates are unbeatable. I'm very happy that I made the change.

Bundled utv and camper. Rates on pickup went higher on next billing cycle. False advertising as far as I’m concerned. Also,on auto pay and safe driver too save money, just to loss it on the next billing cycle.

surveys should not be requested when I/we have only spoken one time. but I have had progressive in the past. I am satisfied for the 1st yr. but then the prices increase
